Raised in Del Mar, California, John was introduced to the real estate industry at an early age. His father was in the building business, and his stepmother has been a real estate broker for nearly 40 years. As a teenager, John worked on his father’s job sites as a construction laborer than on a framing crew. Working hard on some of the single-family homes his father built in Del Mar, developed his passion for the business. He now has had the pleasure of selling some of those same homes and telling the story that he put up those walls and trusses.

With an educational background in business, marketing, and real estate finance, John empowers his clients with an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to help them make informed decisions. John is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. He also holds his Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development with an emphasis on Investment and Income Analysis from the University of San Diego. John is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
